 Waxing is recommened between every 4 - 6 weeks to maintain the best results (everyone is different). Some people may prefer to be waxed every 3 weeks, or leave it a longer period of time (Hair must be approximately 1cm long for the best results).

AFTERCARE

 Waxing removes dead skin (exposing the new skin). This opens the pores to infection also allowing the skin to be burnt quickly. Keep the waxed area clean.

 

 Heat Reaction can be seen on the skin after waxing for several hours (red spots). Follow the 'Aftercare Advice' and the skin will return to normal.

 

 A few days after your appointment, gently exfoliate the skin up to 3 times a week. Moisturise everyday to keep skin soft and smooth and help new hairs to grow through easily.

 

 

 If any spots or rashes persist for more than a week, or there are signs of infection, see GP for medical advice.

 

- Avoid Make-up following Facial Hair Removal (Mineral Make-up is fine)

- Avoid applying Deodorant/ Body Sprays/ Lotions (other than those recommended) or anything perfumed to the waxed area for 24 - 48 hours

- Avoid Massage/ Extreme Heat/ UV Lights & Sunless Tan for 24 hours

- Avoid Swimming in Public Swimming Pools and using Saunas & Steam Rooms

- Avoid Friction/Tight Clothes for 24 - 48 hours (this can aggravate the waxed area)

- Dry Brush the waxed area a couple of times a week

 

Double Scrub: Apply 48 hours BEFORE waxing, and once a week between treatments

Ingrown Hair Serum: Apply 48 hours after hair removal, once or twice a day to treated areas (Best Results use with Double Scrub)

Hair Minimising Body Lotion: Apply daily after each waxing treatment

Hair Minimising Body Serum: Apply 3-4 times a week after each waxing treatment (Best Results use with Hair Minimising Body Lotion)
