BEFORE YOUR TAN 

- Remove unwanted hair 48 hours prior

- Exfoliate using a Body Scrub (paying attention to dry areas - knees & elbows)

- Re-hydrate the skin using Cream/ Body Balm

- Paint Nails & Toenails

 

ON THE DAY OF YOUR TAN

- Do not Moisturise (thin layer of moisture on dryer areas - Elbows, Knees & Feet)

- Do not use Perfume/ Deodorant (have skin fresh with nothing tht could cause a barrier for the tan)

- Remove Contact Lenses & Wear Loose Dark Clothing, Flip Fops/ Loose Shoes for afterwards (to reduce the chances of the tan rubbing off)

 

AFTER YOUR TAN

- Avoid excessive exercise, perspiring or getting wet during development

- Shower using a gentle body wash after 8 - 10 hours to allow the tan to fully develop (with 'Tonight's the Night' & 'High Intensity Tan', as recommended) until the water runs clear and gently pat dry

- Long Baths/ Swimming will fade your developed tan quicker

- Moisturise daily with Cream/ Body Balm to enhance and prolong your colour

- Ensure you use SPF to avoid burning in the sunshine

- Exfoliate using a Body Scrub around Day 5, to encourage even fading
